Students can learn to melt, recycle, & create glass and then form it using various techniques.

Whatever the end result - these students will be well equipped with a unique skillset and a craft under their belt to go out into the world with.

Inspired by Arcosanti, entire structures have been funded by art. Paulo Solari’s Cosanti bells are magnificent pieces of art, created in their foundries in sand molds, where they hold classes and tours with demonstrations teach visitors about the history. Check out their bells - they make them out of metal or slip clay and carve them before firing - Solari was a genius architect from Italy that learned under Frank Lloyd Wright at Taliesin.

Students can learn to melt would-be trash into exquisite works of art and learn to respect the world around them a little more. Again - when trash becomes assets - the policing will happen and automagically, the trash begins to sort itself cleanly and correctly via peer pressure.
